F.A.Q.

Q: I don't see a package that fits my budget. Can we still work together?
A: YES!  There are so many different options when it comes to creating invitations for your event and I can only include so many on my pricing page. I tell people that I can work with any budget, and I really mean that. Papers come in many different qualities and price ranges and many times, that is the determining factor in the price of your invitations.  Don't be afraid to ask about the possibilities, no matter what your budget!  I will do my very best to create a set of invitations that will meet your needs and exceed your expectations.

Q: I want to have Motif create my invitations ... What's the process?
A: First, send me an email to start a custom price quote.  We'll talk a few times and settle on a package. I will send you an invoice via PayPal for a $50 deposit to secure your spot on my design calendar.  Next, we'll talk about design (I love it when clients send me pictures of invitations to use as inspiration) and I will use that to design a few options for you to choose from.  You will supply me with any specific graphics and wording that should be used, and  then you'll approve a final proof via email.  Once the invitations are ready for printing, I will invoice you for your balance and upon payment, I will order your paper and assemble your invitations.  If you are local to the Pensacola area, I will arrange to personally deliver your invitations, otherwise, please allow one week for delivery.

Q: How long does the design and printing process take?
A: I ask that for wedding invitations, you allow one month (4 weeks) for the design and printing process, and one additional week for delivery. Ultimately, this depends on how quickly you, the client, are able to view and approve the initial designs and proofs and make decisions regarding your invitations. Party and shower invitations can be done more quickly, and I ask that you allow two weeks for design and printing, with an additional week for delivery.

Q: I live in the Pensacola area ... can we meet to discuss my invitations?
A: Of Course!  Some clients are like to handle the entire process via email and phone,  while others like to see and feel the product before they purchase it. I'm happy to meet with you over coffee at a convenient location so that you can see samples of other invitations, feel the papers that will be used, and pick colors. Just inquire about a time and date to meet with me!
